Enjoy 200 New Protective Trees at Piknik Park

The Piknik Park that is located in RW 06, Cipinang Melayu Urban Village, Makasar will have 200 protective trees this week. 

Types of trees that will be planted are trembesi, ketapang kencana, and tabebuya

"Types of trees that will be planted are trembesi, ketapang kencana, and tabebuya," expressed East Jakarta Forestry Sub-department Head, Romi Sidharta, Monday (1/14).

The park itself already has ornamental plants and protective trees, as well as mini-sized pond and children's playground. There are also two public toilets.

3,600 Trees Planted in South Jakarta

Cipinang Melayu Urban Village Head, Syahrul Munir added that the park connects with the Agro Education Tourism that is under construction. "Its location is strategic and also near Jalan Raya Kalimalang so it's easily accessible by local residents," he stated. 

Dita (23), one of passengers positively welcoming the park, as it is very neat and neatly arranged. Plants are also diverse.

"If you get bored at home, you can play in this park for fun. You can chat and take a selfies," he she admitted.
